This role sits at the intersection of technology, product, and business, supporting strategic initiatives related to offshore onboarding.
You will help transform business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and actionable technology solutions.
The position offers broad exposure to project discovery, agile delivery, roadmap planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
You will work closely with technology teams, business areas, and senior stakeholders to ensure initiatives progress efficiently.
The role combines analytical thinking, organization, communication, and product ownership in a dynamic environment.

Accountabilities
- Lead and support projects focused on offshore IT onboarding, ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives and expected outcomes.
- Conduct discovery, alignment, and requirements-detailing sessions with business and technology stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable deliverables for technology teams.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, solution validation, user acceptance testing, and project releases.
- Support roadmap definition, initiative prioritization, and monitoring of project and product evolution indicators.
- Act as a key bridge between technology teams, business areas, and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout delivery.
- Manage, prioritize, and monitor project backlogs, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and timelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve critical onboarding processes and contribute to solutions that increase efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
- Apply AI-powered productivity and information-analysis tools to improve project management, research, documentation, and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Previous experience with project management, digital products, Product Ownership, or agile methodologies.
- Practical knowledge of agile ways of working and experience participating in ceremonies, backlog management, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a creative, innovative, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple demands, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analyze information, structure requirements, or support decision-making.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technology, business, and other cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of financial markets or the financial services industry is a plus.
- Previous experience with onboarding processes is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency is desirable.
