Job Description:

• Develop/ Deploy/ Adoption of regional standard processes and tools with std transactions and/or introducing new processes and policies based on their functional expertise, benchmarking, innovation and lean principles.
• Facilitate the sharing of best practice, deliver system and process training and manage process improvement projects.
• Develop/ deploy knowledge to SMEs to increase their capability
• Benchmark internally and externally to improve regional processes and productivity, share new ideas to simplify operation
• Responsible for identifying process improvement opportunities with Assessments with Clusters. (Process Mapping)
• Ensure adoption and adherence of key implementations. Regularly monitors process compliance
• Understand business requirements defining what is process, training vs requirements to be managed in scope
• Owns planning analytics; develops and deploys a consistent set of tools to improve key supply chain metrics and support business decisions.
