This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Assistente de Operações Integradas based in Brazil.
This is a dynamic opportunity for someone passionate about data, processes and digital operations within a fast-growing e-commerce and financial services ecosystem.
You will support partner operations by analyzing performance, ensuring cashback confirmations and identifying improvement opportunities across key processes.
The role is highly analytical and combines execution with continuous process optimization.
You will work closely with external partners, helping them understand platforms, metrics and operational flows.
Your insights will directly contribute to business performance and user experience across millions of customers.
It is a collaborative and fast-paced environment, with strong exposure to digital products, KPIs and automation initiatives.
You will also play a key role in improving operational efficiency through data-driven decisions and structured reporting.
Accountabilities:
- Support the recovery of purchases and performance tracking for e-commerce and financial services partners.
- Monitor operational and business performance through key KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Analyze market trends, competitors and business opportunities aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support and guide partners on platform usage and operational processes.
- Build reports, dashboards and actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Identify, propose and implement improvements in operational processes and workflows.
- Track key metrics and ensure continuous follow-up on performance indicators.
- Maintain active communication with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and execution.
Requirements:
- Person with Disabilities (PcD) status and valid medical documentation.
- Higher education completed or in progress, preferably in Data, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Strong interest in technology, innovation and applied artificial intelligence.
- Experience with data analysis or operational support activities is a plus.
- Knowledge of SQL and databases is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows (e.g., n8n, Claude or similar) is a differential.
- Understanding of process management principles is considered a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
