What We're Looking For:

As our new Supply Chain Planner for our Supplies business in Brazil, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring a seamless flow of products from suppliers to our customers. You will take ownership of planning and supplying key products, working directly with suppliers and contract manufacturers. Your role is critical in collaborating with our Sales and Brazil teams to meet and exceed customer expectations, directly contributing to the growth and success of our expanded product lines in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the supply schedule to maintain optimal inventory levels, directly supporting the material requirements for our customers.

• Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders, such as Global Demand Planners and Sales, to regularly review and refine the demand plan.

• Proactively resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting the supply plan, including capacity, transportation, and order-management challenges.

• Manage open purchase orders to ensure on-time deliveries, partnering with Order Management to swiftly resolve any administrative errors.

• Develop strong working relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders to confirm production and shipping schedules, ensuring alignment across the business.

• Actively participate in continuous improvement projects for our material management processes, representing the supply chain function.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• 2-5 years of experience in a Supply Chain or related role.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a particular strength in Excel.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Preferred:

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.

• International Supply Chain experience, especially in a service or manufacturing environment.

• Working knowledge of Oracle or a similar ERP system.
