This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Relationship Specialist based in Brazil.


This is a client-facing role focused on building strong, long-term relationships and ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience within a fast-paced, global demand generation environment. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, helping them achieve their engagement and growth objectives through structured communication and proactive support. The role blends relationship management, operational coordination, and problem-solving in a highly dynamic setting where priorities can shift quickly. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of client needs. A strong emphasis is placed on communication quality, empathy, and attention to detail. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives in service-oriented roles and enjoys working across multiple industries and stakeholders in an international environment.










Accountabilities



  • Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust throughout the engagement lifecycle.

  • Coordinate the successful delivery of services aligned with client goals, timelines, and expectations.

  • Communicate progress on ongoing initiatives clearly and consistently to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Support client growth opportunities by identifying needs and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to drive account success.

  • Handle client requests, questions, and escalations with professionalism, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking.

  • Support operational and administrative tasks such as data updates, internal system management, and scheduling coordination.

  • Ensure smooth execution of client workflows by proactively identifying risks and resolving issues before they escalate.


Requirements



  • Proven experience in client-facing roles such as client success, account management, hospitality, or sales support.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and manage relationships effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively identify and address client needs.

  • Empathy and customer-centric approach to understanding and resolving client challenges.

  • Organizational skills with the ability to coordinate tasks across teams and systems efficiently.

  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments where adaptability and responsiveness are essential.
