In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor responsible for guiding companies through structured marketing and referral-based growth methodologies, helping them build and scale powerful acquisition channels based on customer recommendations. You will work directly with diverse clients, leading consulting sessions, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the successful implementation of growth strategies. This is a highly client-facing position that combines marketing expertise, project management, and relationship building in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for driving real business transformation through a proprietary methodology focused on referral-driven sales. The role offers constant exposure to different industries, high-level stakeholders, and strategic business challenges. Accountabilities:
- Lead consulting sessions with clients, guiding them through structured marketing and referral-based growth methodologies.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring alignment, progress tracking, and achievement of project goals.
- Translate client needs into actionable strategies and ensure successful implementation of marketing and sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, project updates, and performance insights within CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure integrated delivery of solutions.
- Monitor client performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure continuous improvement of results.
- Support the evolution of consulting processes by providing feedback and insights from client engagements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing, consulting, or project management roles, ideally within a client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of acquisition channels such as SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and related strategies.
- Experience with data analysis, A/B testing, and performance optimization to support decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Ability to adapt strategies based on different client needs and business contexts.
- Proactive mindset, autonomy, and comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights is a plus.
