As we’re rapidly growing, we’re looking for bilingual a customer relations representative to help achieve our goals. Excellence is one of the things we care about the most at Rentcars.com and your mission will be to help us keep our excellence level high!

We’re looking for talents to work with customer service in a contact center operation that thrives on a high customer satisfaction level.

Here’s what this role is all about:

You will be responsible to provide receptive customer service for people who are looking for car rental. Price comparison, search, issuance of reserves and dealing with customer will be your responsibilities. We offer customer service through phone, e-mail and chat.

What we are looking for in this profile:

·         Go all-out for results and customer satisfaction;

·         Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written);

·         Committed to the company and its results;

·         Attention to details and logical thinking;

·         High school completed our bachelor degree unfinished;

·         Customer Service experience;

·        Advanced English;

·         Passionate about customer experience.

*You will work 6:15h daily Monday to Friday and there is a work schedule for Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. You must be available to work on afternoon and night shift.
