Delivery Project Engineer

As a Delivery Project Engineer based in our Parramatta office five days a week, you'll play a key role in coordinating project delivery, engaging stakeholders and supporting the network programs that keep Australia connected.

About the role

As a Delivery Project Engineer, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of telecommunications projects, engineering orders and operational work programs, ensuring customer commitments, service levels and delivery milestones are achieved. Additionally, you'll:

• Manage projects through planning, provisioning, installation, commissioning and closure


• Coordinate engineering teams, field resources, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes


• Monitor delivery performance, risks, issues and escalations across multiple workstreams


• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contractual obligations and quality standards


• Provide operational reporting, governance oversight and performance tracking


• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

About you

• Degree or Diploma in Telecommunications, Engineering, ICT, Project Management or a related discipline


• Experience delivering telecommunications infrastructure projects or operational work programs


• Strong understanding of telecommunications delivery, provisioning, commissioning and service assurance activities


• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, contractors and technical teams


• Strong planning, reporting, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills


• Experience working within customer-facing environments and managing competing priorities
