DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Education OLA & CMF, located in São Paulo, Brazil.
The Education OLA & CMF role supports the design and delivery of high-quality education programs for healthcare professionals. This position plays a key role in strengthening clinical knowledge, improving product understanding, and enhancing customer experience through targeted training initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, contribute to innovative learning strategies, and directly impact safe and effective product use in the operating room and clinical settings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the coordination and execution of education programs aligned with brand, product, and commercial strategies.
• Assist in the development and delivery of procedural demonstrations and product application training for healthcare professionals and partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify educational gaps and implement training solutions that address customer needs.
• Contribute to the deployment of digital learning tools and innovative education delivery methods to enhance learning effectiveness.
• Support educational events such as workshops, symposia, and professional meetings, including logistics and content preparation.
• Analyze training metrics and key performance indicators to evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Assist in the creation and maintenance of educational materials aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Build foundational knowledge of cranio-maxillofacial (CMF) and other orthopedic product lines to support clinical education activities.
• Ensure all activities align with Johnson & Johnson Credo and applicable policies and standards.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field)
• Advanced degree (e.g., Master’s or MBA) preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Professional experience in education, training, healthcare, or commercial support roles
• Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Basic analytical skills with ability to interpret data and metrics
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Foundational knowledge or interest in medical devices, orthopedics, or healthcare environments
Preferred:
• Experience supporting medical education, training programs, or clinical activities
• Exposure to digital learning tools or instructional design principles
• Knowledge of orthopedic or CMF products and procedures
• Experience supporting events, workshops, or healthcare professional engagement
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in healthcare
• Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations
Other:
• Language: Spanish (fluent) and English (intermediate to advanced) required
• Travel: Up to 30% (primarily domestic; occasional international)
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in training, education, or healthcare are a plus
