Fornece habilidade para garantir que as Disciplinas Operacionais dos Serviços de Saúde da Dow sejam bem implementadas para atender aos requisitos do Governo e da Dow. Além disso, melhora o estado de saúde dos funcionários para apoiar o sucesso dos negócios.

Responsabilidades:

• Fornece implementação de qualidade do Padrão de Gestão de Serviços de Saúde para todos os funcionários sob sua responsabilidade, garantindo que todos os requisitos da Dow e regulatórios sejam atendidos.

• Comunica questões importantes relacionadas à saúde dos sites à Liderança de OH.

• Avalia e comunica com a Liderança dos Sites sobre a qualidade e tipos de serviços necessários com base em questões e preocupações de saúde dos funcionários e dos sites.

• Em parceria com profissionais de Saúde Ambiental e Segurança, assegura a proteção da saúde da força de trabalho, gerenciando riscos de saúde e produtividade relacionada à saúde.

• Fornece serviços para os sites de Jundiaí e Hortolândia.

Requisitos:

• Formação em Enfermagem.

• Especialização em Enfermagem do Trabalho.

Desejável:

• Experiência anterior como enfermeiro(a).

• Colaborar para resultados superiores: trabalhar para chegar na melhor experiência de saúde ocupacional dos funcionários de Jundiai e Hortolândia, alinhado ao time de Saúde Ocupacional de Latino America.

• Liderar corajosamente: liderar o processo de enfermagem do trabalho junto com o médico do trabalho designado para atingir os resultados esperados.

• Entregar soluções inovadoras: pensar nas melhores estratégias e aplicações da enfermagem do trabalho para melhorar a eficiência e diminuir a demanda de trabalho.

• Gerar valor ao cliente: gerar métricas de seu trabalho em saúde para chegar em savings e melhorias da reputação do Occupational Health.
