This role plays a key part in the end-to-end transformation and optimization of Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD) processes within a complex SAP S/4HANA environment. You will act as a functional expert bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration across sales, distribution, and logistics operations. The position requires a strong strategic mindset to identify process improvements and drive standardization across multiple business units. You will collaborate with cross-functional squads, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and stability of solutions. In this highly dynamic ecosystem, your work will directly impact operational efficiency and business continuity across national distribution flows. Accountabilities:
- Lead the implementation and evolution of Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD) processes in SAP S/4HANA, with focus on national operations and distribution centers.
- Analyze end-to-end sales and distribution processes to identify synergies, improvements, and opportunities for standardization across business units.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, prioritizing standard functionalities and system sustainability.
- Act as a key integrator between squads, business areas, and external vendors to ensure alignment and consistency across implementations.
- Support technical and functional discussions with suppliers, including specification, testing, and validation of enhancements.
- Ensure post go-live stability by defining processes that support continuous operations and issue resolution.
- Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with technical teams to resolve structural system issues and implement continuous improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP projects, with strong focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC/SD), sales, and billing processes.
- Solid experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations and SAP Activate methodology.
- Proven experience leading technical and functional teams in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to design solutions based on SAP standard functionalities (clean core approach).
- Knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience working with stakeholders across business and IT teams in large-scale environments.
- Knowledge of SAP BTP, integration scenarios, and extensibility (differential).
- Understanding of MM (Materials Management) and EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) processes is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
