COMPANY OVERVIEW

Our client is an organization operating within the business consulting and investment sector, focused on retail, logistics, marketing, printing, and consumer products. The company serves Philippine market and is committed to delivering quality solutions, operational excellence, and sustainable business growth. Location: Paranaque City, Philippines

Work Setup: Hybrid, Day shift

Compensation Range: ₱30,000 – ₱35,000 per month

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including tax calculations, preparation and filing of returns, tax books, and supporting schedules.

Handle full-cycle payroll processing, including salary computations, government-mandated benefits, tax withholdings, and remittances.

Perform tax, payroll, bank, and general ledger reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records.

Record daily accounting transactions, journal entries, and maintain books using Xero or similar cloud-based accounting software.

Manage Accounts Receivable, sales reporting, and revenue reconciliations as needed.

Assist with month-end closing, financial statement preparation, and variance analysis.

Ensure accounting records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready.

Identify opportunities to improve and streamline tax, payroll, and general accounting processes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide support on finance-related projects and other accounting activities.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

At least three (3) years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.

Strong working knowledge of Philippine tax compliance, payroll processing, general ledger accounting, and account reconciliations.

Practical experience in Accounts Receivable, sales reporting, and revenue reconciliation.

Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict tax filing, payroll, and financial reporting deadlines.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license.

Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Experience using Xero or other cloud-based accounting software.

Familiarity with accounting process improvements and the maintenance of audit-ready financial records.
