This role is an opportunity to join a fast-paced production design environment focused on delivering high-quality visual assets for signage, large-format printing, trade shows, and promotional materials. You will be responsible for executing production-ready artwork with precision, ensuring files meet strict technical specifications for print workflows. The position requires strong autonomy, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of daily requests while maintaining consistency and accuracy. You will work closely with internal teams to support efficient project flow and timely delivery, without direct client interaction. This is a fully remote role designed for experienced designers who thrive in structured, high-output production settings. It offers the chance to contribute to impactful visual projects used by businesses across multiple industries.
Accountabilities
You will be responsible for executing and managing a high-volume production design workflow, ensuring all visual materials are accurate, print-ready, and delivered within tight deadlines. You will interpret internal briefs, organize your queue efficiently, and produce a wide range of signage and large-format design assets.
- Create production-ready artwork for signage, banners, trade show graphics, and print materials
- Prepare and adapt files for large-format and offset printing with high technical accuracy
- Manage a continuous flow of 20–40 daily design requests while maintaining quality standards
- Interpret job details within workflow systems and ensure correct execution of briefs
- Collaborate internally with sales and production teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
- Maintain organization across multiple simultaneous projects and proactively flag risks or inconsistencies
- Participate in internal check-ins and team meetings to ensure alignment and process improvement
Requirements
You should bring strong experience in production-focused graphic design environments, with proven ability to handle high-volume workloads and prepare technically accurate print files. This role requires advanced Adobe Illustrator skills, excellent organization, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- 5–10 years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience in signage, large-format printing, offset printing, or similar production environments
- Solid understanding of pre-press and production-ready file preparation
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in execution
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workflow
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to feedback and evolving processes
- Experience with workflow tools such as Corebridge is a plus
- Portfolio demonstrating signage, banners, trade show graphics, and print production work
