We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Delivery Lead to oversee and support multiple engineering squads working on a large-scale modernization initiative.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong hands-on technical experience with .NET, Angular, microservices architecture, cloud-based systems, and AI-assisted development workflows.
You will work closely with internal client leadership, engineering squads, and Oowlish team members to ensure alignment, delivery quality, and technical execution across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and support engineers embedded across multiple engineering squads
- Coordinate technical alignment across teams and client leadership
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers when needed
- Participate in technical decision-making and delivery planning
- Contribute hands-on when necessary in .NET / Angular environments
- Support teams using AI-assisted and agentic development workflows
- Ensure delivery quality, documentation, and engineering best practices
- Help identify risks, blockers, and cross-squad dependencies
- Collaborate with distributed teams in a fast-paced delivery environment
Requirements:
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, Engineering Lead, Delivery Lead, or similar
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- .NET
- Angular
- Microservices architecture
- Cloud-based application development
- Experience leading distributed engineering teams
- Strong understanding of modern software architecture and delivery practices
- Experience with Claude and structured Claude-based development workflows
- Comfortable with agentic AI workflows or structured AI-assisted development
- Ability to work directly with client leadership and technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience in structuring AI-assisted development processes for teams
- Experience working in consulting, staff augmentation, or professional services
- Experience in veterinary, animal health, healthcare, or similar domains
- Valid US visa and willingness to travel to the US every 4–6 weeks
- Experience mentoring engineers across multiple squads
