HR Operations Jr. Analyst

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a member of our team, you will have the autonomy to

• Be responsible for the area of admissions and integration of new employees;


• Ensure SOX controls and Compliance requirements;


• Guide stakeholders on HR policies and best practices;


• Propose improvements in operational processes;

WHO YOU ARE

• Complete domain in eSocial (admissions and SST)


• Intermediate English.


• Familiarity with metrics and indicators.


• A digital mindset focused on data and improvements (automation)


• Knowledge of labor issues


• Experience in controlling quotas (PCDs, apprentices, and CBOs)


• Knowledge in the Apdata system will be a differential


• Well-rounded;


• Go-getter yet humble;


• Proactive, able to learn from mistakes, resilient, flexible;


• Insightful, interested in collaborating to optimize time, efforts, and cost;
