This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Influencer & Affiliate Coordinator based in Brazil.


You will join a dynamic, remote-first environment supporting influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives for a fast-growing international brand. The role focuses on building and managing relationships with content creators, driving performance-based campaigns, and optimizing partnerships to maximize ROI. You will work closely with creators and internal stakeholders to execute campaigns that combine creativity with data-driven decision-making. The position offers exposure to leading affiliate and influencer platforms, with opportunities to shape how creator partnerships scale across e-commerce channels. This is a highly collaborative role where communication, organization, and analytical thinking are key. You will play a central role in connecting creators with meaningful brand opportunities while ensuring measurable business impact.


Accountabilities:



  • Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers and content creators into affiliate and partnership programs.

  • Manage outreach, negotiation, and ongoing relationship-building with creators and affiliate partners.

  • Support and execute influencer and affiliate campaigns using platforms such as Levanta and Amazon Creator Connections.

  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including revenue, ROAS, engagement, and other key KPIs.

  • Optimize campaigns based on data insights, helping improve performance and return on investment.

  • Source, organize, and manage user-generated content (UGC) for marketing and brand use.

  • Coordinate briefs, communications, and day-to-day interactions with creators and partners.


Requirements:



  • 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or related fields.

  • Proven experience working with influencers or creators, including recruitment, negotiation, and relationship management.

  • Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Levanta and/or Amazon Creator Connections.

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics such as ROAS, revenue, and engagement.

  • Experience managing and organizing UGC content from creators.

  • Excellent written communication skills for outreach, briefs, and ongoing partner communication.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.

  • Experience working with e-commerce brands is strongly preferred.

  • Exposure to US-based markets, brands, or creator ecosystems is a plus.
