Job Summary

Perform operational and support activities in the import processes of raw materials, auxiliary materials, machinery, equipment, and spare parts—from order formalization to final delivery—as well as in the export processes of finished goods to customers, ensuring system updates, document organization, logistical tracking, and compliance with internal procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Support order formalization in SAP according to requisitions and internal guidelines.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Track processes from purchase order issuance to final delivery at the designated location.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Maintain contact with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers for operational follow-up.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Update information in the area's systems and internal controls.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Support the review of shipping documents, verifying data consistency and flagging discrepancies.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Make shipping documents available to the involved departments.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Organize and file documents related to imports, customs clearances, invoices, and billing.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Support the analysis of logistics modes and costs.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Track deliveries at the plant and log any occurrences.

    Follow up on billing and support cost posting in the systems.

    Keep internal clients updated on process status and estimated arrival times.

  • 
    

    Support export processes from order receipt to destination delivery.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Assist in reviewing and organizing export documentation.

    
    
  
  
  • 
    

    Maintain contact with customers, customs brokers, freight forwarders, and carriers for follow-up.

    Update spreadsheets and department controls.

    Ensure proper archiving of export documents in appropriate channels.

Education

Work Experience

• Experience: Initial experience in the field, focused on operational and support activities under the guidance of more experienced professionals.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Competencies:

• Intermediate English.
