Maintenance & Reliability Engineer

Provide specialized technical support and lead the Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) program, ensuring equipment reliability, supporting the development of the RigSentry platform, and driving continuous improvement to enhance operational excellence and customer success.

• Serve as the technical authority in equipment maintenance and reliability.
• Analyze maintenance and condition monitoring data to improve asset reliability and availability.
• Develop maintenance, inspection, and equipment certification plans.
• Support Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) programs by leveraging digital technologies and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Contribute to the development of new products and the continuous improvement of existing equipment.

Requisitos

• Advanced English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Subsea Equipment experience essential. 
• Knowledge of maintenance, reliability, and asset management principles.
• CMRP certification or demonstrated expertise in maintenance and reliability is considered an asset.
• Experience in maintenance engineering, technical project management, or maintenance leadership.
• Availability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
• Availability to work on-site in Macaé or Rio de Janeiro.
