What you will do

As our Marketing Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

• Strategic Marketing: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Tetra Pak's business objectives. Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for innovation;


• Strategy Deployment: Act as Tetra Pak's main interface with customers' marketing teams. Lead the implementation and oversee the execution of joint plans, ensuring the delivery of results and committed business objectives;


• Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to deeply understand customer needs, trends, and preferences. Translate these findings into actionable insights and product/service enhancements;


• Product Development: Work closely with product development teams to bring innovative solutions to market. Drive the creation of new products and services that meet evolving customer demands;


• Brand Management: Safeguard and elevate Tetra Pak's brand identity. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and campaigns;


• Collaboration: Partner with internal and external stakeholders, including creative agencies, to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key partners;


• Innovation Leadership: Lead the charge in fostering a culture of innovation within the marketing team. Encourage creativity, experimentation, and the rapid adoption of emerging technologies. 

We believe you have

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (an MBA or relevant advanced degree is a strong plus);


• Proven experience in branding, marketing strategy, and product development, with a clear focus on innovation and adaptability;


• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English;


• A creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to think outside the box and challenge the status quo;


• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering results on time;


• The ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
