Join a multidisciplinary product squad working on digital applications used by customers of a major global life insurance organization.
In this role, you will combine Adobe AEM and React expertise to build new features and continuously improve existing experiences.
You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from implementation and integration to troubleshooting and technical improvements.

Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain customer-facing applications using Adobe AEM and React.js, ensuring reliable and high-quality digital experiences.
- Build and deliver new application features based on product and business requirements.
- Implement technical improvements, bug fixes, and enhancements to existing functionality.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the application's technical quality, performance, maintainability, and reliability.
- Work with APIs and content integrations to support effective communication between systems and digital experiences.
- Participate actively in a multidisciplinary product squad alongside developers, product professionals, and other specialists.
- Take part in agile ceremonies including planning, daily stand-ups, demos, retrospectives, and regular 1:1s with leadership.
- Collaborate closely with both internal and client-side team members to understand requirements, solve technical challenges, and deliver effective solutions.
- Contribute to technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives within the squad.
Requirements:
- Solid professional experience in software development, ideally at a mid-level capacity.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), particularly in the development and maintenance of digital applications.
- Strong experience with React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Experience working with APIs and content integrations.
- Familiarity with Java is a plus, particularly for basic or occasional backend development and troubleshooting.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Experience working in agile, multidisciplinary product teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical issues.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with different technical and business stakeholders.
- Commitment to code quality, continuous improvement, and delivering reliable customer-facing applications.
- Candidates residing in the Campinas Metropolitan Region should be prepared to work from the local office according to the applicable workplace attendance policy.
