Job Overview:
Oliver Wyman is seeking an exceptionally organized and enthusiastic candidate for LATAM Recruiter. The LATAM Recruiter manages all aspects of the campus processes to ensure Oliver Wyman is the employer of choice amongst candidates. The recruiter must be able to think strategically and execute the operational plan. In the process, they will need to build outstanding relationships with OW partners and staff and represent the firm enthusiastically and intelligently on campus.

THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE THAT REQUIRES A PRESENCE IN THE OFFICE 3 DAYS PER WEEK. THERE IS NO OPTION TO BE FULLY REMOTE.*
Key Responsibilities:
Lead talent attraction efforts across LATAM for both university and experienced professional hiring, developing and executing strategies to identify, engage, and hire top talent across the region
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, market mapping, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Build relationships with universities, career canters, student organizations, alumni networks, and diversity-focused institutions.
Lead campus recruiting events, internship programs, presentations, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
Partner with Practice leaders and hiring managers to deliver experienced hire recruiting objectives.
Utilize innovative sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, alumni networks, and market research.
Manage candidate communications and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Coordinate interview processes, feedback collection, offer generation, and onboarding activities.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting in Workday and other recruiting systems.
Monitor recruiting metrics, budgets, and hiring trends.
Share market intelligence and contribute to talent acquisition strategy and process improvement initiatives.
Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, with significant campus recruiting responsibility and experience recruiting experienced professionals
Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
Professional services, consulting, or financial services recruiting experience preferred.
Knowledge of recruiting policies, procedures, and employment practices.
English Fluency required (written and spoken).
