At Neogen, we are looking for a Purchasing Analyst to manage strategic negotiations and ensure the supply of materials and inputs with quality, deadlines, and competitive costs.

Perform item quotations based on requests, evaluating potential suppliers and negotiating the best cost, terms, and benefits for the company.
Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the acquisition of products and materials within established specifications and standards of quality, price, deadlines, and conditions.
Issue purchase orders and monitor the process until delivery and verification, performing follow-up at each stage.
Develop and qualify new product suppliers, aiming to create alternative sources of supply in partnership with R&D – Planning and Development.
Ensure production inputs maintain adequate stock levels to avoid line stoppages and production delays.
Other duties as assigned by the coordinator
