Recruiter BRA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to support hiring efforts by sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates throughout the recruitment process. This role is responsible for identifying talent, maintaining communication with candidates, and collaborating with hiring teams to ensure a positive recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations
• Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation processes
• Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and recruitment processes simultaneously
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, spreadsheets, and recruitment tools
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Professional and proactive mindset
