This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Tráfego Pago Sênior (E-commerce) based in Brazil.


This is an exciting opportunity for a performance marketing specialist who thrives on driving growth and scaling e-commerce businesses through data-driven paid media strategies. In this role, you will lead high-impact acquisition initiatives, transforming insights into sustainable revenue growth for a diverse portfolio of online brands. Working in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management across multiple channels. The position offers significant autonomy, direct exposure to business decisions, and the opportunity to influence both client success and operational excellence. Ideal candidates are analytical, proactive, and passionate about leveraging technology, performance marketing, and innovation to deliver measurable results.










Accountabilities:



  • Lead the strategic management of paid media operations for medium and large-scale e-commerce accounts.

  • Develop growth and scaling plans based on business objectives, performance data, and market opportunities.

  • Structure, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant acquisition channels.

  • Analyze business and marketing performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and maximize ROI.

  • Build full-funnel customer acquisition strategies that consider the entire buyer journey.

  • Identify conversion bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and performance.

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and scalability through continuous optimization and testing.

  • Conduct advanced attribution, tracking, and customer behavior analyses to improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance insights, and improve campaign performance.

  • Present results, recommendations, and growth plans to stakeholders and clients during strategic meetings.

  • Act as a technical reference for paid media, measurement, attribution, and growth-related initiatives.


Requirements



  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce businesses.

  • Advanced expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.

  • Strong ability to design and execute growth and scaling strategies.

  • Advanced knowledge of tracking, attribution, and performance measurement frameworks.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and data integrations.

  • Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior and online purchasing journeys.

  • Practical experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance beyond media metrics.

  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

  • Experience with TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, BI platforms, or advanced data visualization tools is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI tools applied to marketing, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis is highly desirable.

  • Previous experience in performance marketing agencies or growth consulting environments is an advantage.
