This is an opportunity to support the financial operations of a technology environment, with strong interaction across Finance, IT Governance, internal teams, and suppliers.
The role focuses on ensuring accuracy, organization, traceability, and efficiency across purchasing, payments, accounting entries, and financial controls.
You will manage day-to-day processes involving purchase requests, invoices, payments, assets, and budget monitoring.
The position offers meaningful exposure to technology-related financial operations, including CAPEX and OPEX activities.
A hands-on, analytical approach will be essential to identify and resolve issues while keeping processes on track.
You will work remotely in a dynamic environment where autonomy, attention to detail, and collaboration are highly valued.

Accountabilities:
- Manage and follow up on purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and related internal requests.
- Open and monitor service tickets associated with purchasing and financial processes.
- Support the creation of orders and the registration and control of fixed assets and CAPEX activities.
- Perform financial and accounting entries in SAP, including processes such as MIRO, MIR7, FB60, ME53N/ME51N, KSB1, and FBL1N.
- Execute cost postings and reclassifications, including transfers between companies when required.
- Monitor payment scheduling and completion, ensuring deadlines and internal procedures are followed.
- Process and control invoices, debit notes, invoices from suppliers, leasing expenses, and corporate card expenditures.
- Support supplier registration and maintenance processes.
- Keep internal Technology Accounts Payable controls accurate and up to date.
- Support the monitoring of budgets, actual spending, and financial commitments within the technology area.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve billing, payment, and documentation issues.
- Maintain the organization, traceability, accuracy, and quality of financial information.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in financial routines, accounts payable, purchasing, controllership, or related functions.
- Practical experience with SAP, particularly financial processes and accounting-related transactions.
- Experience handling purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments.
- Knowledge of accounting entries and cost reclassification processes.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to independently follow up on activities and resolve operational issues.
- Clear communication skills and ease in interacting with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Hands-on profile with strong attention to detail, prioritization skills, and ownership of day-to-day processes.
- Nice to have: experience with IT budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, fixed assets, Power BI, or Technology/IT Governance environments.
