This is an opportunity to help shape one of the newest and fastest-evolving channels in digital advertising.
You will own the strategy, launch, optimization, analysis, and communication of ChatGPT Ads campaigns across assigned accounts.
The role combines hands-on campaign management with analytical thinking, experimentation, and continuous learning.
You will use performance data to uncover trends, solve problems, and translate results into actionable recommendations for clients.
Because the channel is still evolving, you will have the opportunity to test new approaches and help establish emerging best practices.
You will collaborate with customer strategy, product, technology, reporting, and implementation teams to improve campaign performance and scalability.

Accountabilities:
- Develop, launch, manage, and optimize ChatGPT Ads campaigns based on client objectives, performance targets, and available platform capabilities.
- Monitor assigned accounts regularly, identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and proactively implement or recommend optimizations.
- Analyze campaign performance to determine what is working, what needs improvement, and where additional testing is required.
- Develop and test new campaign strategies, structures, targeting approaches, products, bidding strategies, and budgets.
- Translate campaign data into clear insights, performance narratives, and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in client calls and support Customer Strategy Managers with performance updates, strategic recommendations, and ad hoc requests.
- Stay current with new ChatGPT Ads features, platform changes, policies, reporting capabilities, and campaign formats.
- Continuously capture and analyze learnings across accounts to establish and refine best practices for an emerging advertising channel.
- Collaborate with product, technology, implementation, reporting, and other internal teams to improve campaign solutions, tools, and processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign management workflows, reporting, automation, internal tools, and scalability.
- Share relevant learnings and findings with the broader team as the advertising channel develops.
- Surface platform limitations, technical issues, and potential opportunities to the appropriate internal teams.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, proactively identifying challenges and opportunities without waiting for client requests.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, paid media, retail media, or a closely related field.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.
- Experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, DV360, or comparable advertising channels.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to transform campaign data into practical recommendations.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, revenue, and budget pacing.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookup functions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities.
- Highly proactive and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively while processes, tools, and best practices continue to evolve.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues, identify opportunities, and propose effective solutions.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with confidence communicating with clients and international teams.
Nice to have:
- Experience interacting directly with clients regarding campaign strategy and performance.
- Background in e-commerce or retail media.
- Experience using data to build compelling performance narratives and support business decisions.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, and other customer-facing materials.
- Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, UTMs, GA4, or product feeds.
- Strong interest in AI, emerging advertising platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
- Experience working successfully in fast-paced environments where processes and priorities evolve frequently.
