You will manage and continuously improve CRM and marketing technology operations to support scalable acquisition initiatives.
The role combines Salesforce administration, data quality, tracking, analytics, integrations, and marketing automation.
You will help ensure reliable customer and lead data while enabling accurate measurement of digital campaigns and conversion journeys.
Your work will directly support data-driven decisions, operational efficiency, and an improved user experience.
You will operate with significant autonomy in a collaborative, informal, and innovation-oriented technology environment.

Accountabilities
- Administer and continuously evolve Salesforce or the organization's CRM environment, ensuring it supports Growth and marketing operations effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the quality, consistency, and reliability of lead and customer databases.
- Implement and maintain digital tracking events using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Configure and maintain pixels, conversion tracking, and integrations across marketing and technology platforms.
- Perform basic maintenance and updates to landing pages, supporting marketing campaigns and acquisition initiatives.
- Document marketing technology processes, configurations, and operational procedures to improve consistency and knowledge sharing.
- Support Growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve acquisition funnels, lead management, data quality, and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Practical experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Understanding of acquisition funnels, lead management, and digital marketing operations.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for landing page maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Power BI is desirable.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n is a plus.
- Knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and A/B testing is desirable.
- Previous experience in digital companies or technology-driven environments is an advantage.
