Accountabilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand business needs, propose technical solutions, and identify opportunities for improving development processes.
- Contribute to application architecture decisions and support the design of scalable and efficient solutions.
- Develop modern web applications using current front-end and back-end technologies.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces based on designs created by UX teams.
- Develop, integrate, and maintain APIs and back-end services required for projects.
- Design, manage, and optimize relational and non-relational databases.
- Implement software testing practices to ensure application reliability, performance, and responsiveness.
- Diagnose, debug, and continuously improve existing applications.
- Apply security practices to protect data and ensure application integrity.
- Create and maintain technical documentation to support software development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver high-quality user experiences.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to support efficient delivery.
- Apply DevOps practices and collaborate with CI/CD processes to improve development workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with strong experience building complete web applications.
- Advanced knowledge of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks including React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid back-end development experience using technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
- Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including SQL and NoSQL solutions.
- Experience implementing unit tests and quality assurance practices.
- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
- Knowledge of software architecture, APIs, application performance, and scalable development practices.
- Experience working with agile development methodologies.
- Understanding of DevOps concepts and CI/CD tools is considered an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and strong ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and contribute effectively within a team environment.
