This is a paid, remote follow-up research opportunity focused on consumer banking habits and financial services in Brazil.
You will build on insights shared during an initial research study by providing additional detail about your current banking routines.
The survey explores the financial tools, account features, and mobile applications you use in your everyday personal or business finances.
Your responses will help researchers better understand evolving banking behaviors, preferences, and experiences in the Brazilian market.
The study is fully asynchronous, allowing you to complete the questionnaire independently from a computer or mobile device.
The opportunity is designed specifically for people who successfully participated in the original Brazilian Banking study.
Clear, thoughtful written feedback about your financial routines and experiences is the main contribution required.
Accountabilities
- Complete a short, asynchronous remote questionnaire focused on your current banking and financial habits.
- Provide follow-up information building on the feedback and experiences shared during the initial Brazilian Banking research study.
- Describe the banking tools, account features, financial services, and mobile applications you regularly use.
- Share clear and relevant written feedback about your personal or business banking routines.
- Complete and submit the questionnaire independently within the applicable participation timeframe.
- Provide accurate responses based on your current experience using financial services in Brazil.
Requirements
- Confirmed participation in the initial Brazilian Banking research study is required.
- Active, ongoing experience using consumer financial services or banking applications in Brazil.
- Retail banking customers, small business owners, and active investors are welcome, provided they participated in the previous study.
- Comfortable discussing personal banking routines and providing clear, thoughtful written feedback.
- Able to complete an asynchronous survey independently without requiring live interview support.
- Access to a computer or mobile device with a reliable internet connection.
- Ability to provide responses based on genuine personal or business financial experience.
