This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Representante de Promoção de Vendas - Divisão de Farmacêuticos Estabelecidos (EPD) based in Brazil.


This role is responsible for promoting established pharmaceutical products and expanding their reach among healthcare professionals and key customers.
The position focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare stakeholders while increasing product awareness and market presence.
You will operate within a dynamic healthcare environment, providing scientific information and supporting the adoption of trusted treatments across multiple therapeutic areas.
The role requires strategic planning, effective territory management, and strong execution of sales initiatives.
You will contribute directly to business growth by identifying opportunities, optimizing customer engagement, and maintaining high-quality interactions.

Accountabilities:


The Representante de Promoção de Vendas will be responsible for driving demand generation and strengthening product performance within an assigned territory through effective customer engagement and commercial strategies.



  • Promote pharmaceutical products to physicians and key healthcare professionals by communicating scientific information, therapeutic benefits, and relevant disease context.

  • Build and maintain relationships with medical professionals, opinion leaders, pharmacies, and other strategic customers.

  • Plan and execute customer visits according to defined segmentation, frequency, and business priorities.

  • Manage territory activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports using established company tools and processes.

  • Monitor pharmacy activity, including product availability, inventory, and commercialization within the assigned territory.

  • Participate in medical congresses and professional events to strengthen networks and support business objectives.

  • Maintain and update healthcare professional databases according to business criteria and targeting strategies.


Requirements:


The ideal candidate is a commercially oriented healthcare professional with strong communication skills, planning abilities, and experience in pharmaceutical sales or customer-facing roles.



  • Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, or related fields.

  • Previous experience managing sales routes or assigned territories.

  • Knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

  • Strong planning, organization, and execution skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Availability for travel as required.

  • Active driver’s license (CNH) required.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote-based environment while maintaining productivity and performance goals.
