This is a fully remote opportunity within a Legal Operations team focused on the pre-signature stage of real estate purchase and sale agreements.
You will help keep transactions moving by preparing contracts, issuing documentation, and resolving operational blockers.
The role sits at the intersection of legal operations, commercial teams, customers, and other stakeholders.
You will work in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly and operational volume and conversion are key measures of success.
Strong organization, communication, adaptability, and problem-solving skills will be essential to managing multiple cases effectively.

Accountabilities:
- Manage operational queues and handle cases according to priorities and guidelines established by leadership.
- Support commercial teams and customers throughout the purchase and sale workflow, maintaining alignment and identifying opportunities to improve processes.
- Prepare contracts, amendments, and termination agreements, as well as issue the documentation required to move transactions forward.
- Keep operational systems accurate and up to date while performing basic analyses and administrative controls.
- Answer questions from internal stakeholders and customers regarding purchase and sale processes and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and operational teams to help achieve volume and conversion targets.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, processes, and business requirements while maintaining quality and delivery timelines.
Requirements:
- Currently studying Law or graduated in Law within the last year.
- Previous experience preparing or reviewing contracts.
- Experience with real estate purchase and sale operations is a strong advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and operational targets.
- Ability to manage high volumes of work while maintaining organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Intermediate English, with the ability to understand relevant terminology and business rationale.
- Availability to work Saturdays as part of the position's schedule.
