Sales Development Representative (SDR) Brazil

Build pipeline. Shape the team. Grow with LATAM.

At Keepit, we're on a mission to help companies protect and secure their cloud data. Based in Copenhagen with worldwide offices, we offer a premier SaaS data protection platform. It gives customers an unchangeable, historical record of their data across systems like Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Entra ID, Dynamics 365, and Zendesk. Our cloud-to-cloud backup solution ensures that data remains safe, accessible, and uncompromised no matter what.

We are growing fast, bringing our leading SaaS solution for cloud backup to a global audience. Now, we're expanding further into the LATAM market and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Sales Team in Brazil and play a vital role in our growth journey.

The team & culture

Our Brazil team is experienced and nimble, primarily based in São Paulo — small enough that your work is visible from day one, and early enough in the build that you'll help shape how this team works, not just fit into it. This is a ground-floor role: you'll build with what's here and shape what isn't, so it suits someone comfortable with ambiguity who can plan and execute. The role reports to the Head of SDRs, Americas, with full local support from an Account Executive and a Partner Manager.

About the role

Do you want to join a hyper-growth company securing the world's data? As a Keepit SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for businesses, introducing them to Keepit's innovative technology, and you'll play a vital role in helping develop our LATAM market, joining a dynamic, ambitious, and diverse team with a career path in sales and tech.

You will:

• Generate pipeline and product awareness through outbound cold calling, social media, and email marketing.

• Conduct prospecting calls to qualify inbound leads for your sales team colleagues.

• Secure meetings with key decision-makers.

• Collaborate with the global SDR team and contribute to the team's success.

About you

The must-haves:

• 6+ months of experience in SaaS direct sales.

• Proven experience in a similar business development role.

• A passion for developing relationships with new people.

• Strong project and time management skills, and excellent written and oral communication abilities.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.

• A self-starting mentality with a keen sense of ownership.

As a person, you thrive in our fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks adeptly while demonstrating autonomy in decision-making and accountability. We value individuals who exhibit a thirst for knowledge, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a relentless pursuit of results.

The tools you'll use

Your day-to-day runs through our CRM and sales enablement stack: Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Qualified, and more. Using these tools effectively to prospect, qualify leads, and manage your pipeline is part of the role.

What we offer

• Career path: join a dynamic, ambitious, and diverse team with a career path in sales and tech.

• Coaching & development: personalized training, coaching, and mentorship to help you excel in your role.

• Team support: work alongside the global SDR team and a locally based Account Executive and Partner Manager, with full support from everyone, even outside their remit.

• A meaningful product: help protect and secure companies' cloud data as part of a fast-growing, mission-driven company.

As we collaborate across locations, English is our primary language. Please submit your CV in English to support the review process.

Ready to build what's next?
