This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SCRUM MASTER - SÊNIOR based in Brazil.
This role is centered on enabling high-performing agile teams to deliver complex, high-impact digital solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. You will act as a key facilitator of agile practices, ensuring smooth delivery flow across multidisciplinary squads while removing impediments that could impact execution. The position requires strong leadership in Scrum and Kanban environments, especially in projects with multiple dependencies and technical complexity. You will support Product Owners and technical teams in backlog organization, delivery planning, and continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will play a strategic role in aligning execution with business goals while fostering collaboration between development, QA, and business stakeholders. Accountabilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies including Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth workflow across multidisciplinary agile teams.
- Act as a key enabler of Scrum and Kanban practices, ensuring adherence to agile frameworks.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and sprint planning.
- Monitor agile metrics such as velocity, lead time, and throughput to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote collaboration between mobile, backend, QA, and business teams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and conflicts to ensure predictable delivery.
- Ensure alignment between business strategy and team execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies in complex environments.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large-scale or high-complexity projects.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban frameworks.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams including developers, QA, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of agile metrics and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience managing environments with multiple external dependencies.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Servant leadership mindset with proactive and solution-oriented behavior.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe are a plus.
- Experience in financial or mission-critical systems is a differential.
