Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a(n) Senior Analyst, Sales Training, located in São Paulo, Brazil. 

As a Senior Analyst in Sales Training within Commercial Excellence (Education), you will support the design and delivery of impactful training programs that enable our sales teams to perform at their best. This role plays a key part in strengthening commercial capabilities by improving training content, evaluating effectiveness, and helping align educational programs with business strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners and contribute to initiatives that enhance both employee expertise and customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Support the planning, development, and delivery of sales training programs, including onboarding, product knowledge, and selling skills 
• Assist in designing and updating training materials such as presentations, assessments, and digital learning content 
• Help evaluate training effectiveness by tracking key performance metrics and analyzing feedback and performance data 
• Work with cross-functional teams and sales leaders to identify training needs and align programs with business priorities 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs based on customer insights, analytics, and field feedback 
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions (in-person and virtual), ensuring smooth execution and participant engagement 
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders to promote new training initiatives and sales enablement tools 
• Support benchmarking and adoption of best practices in learning and development and sales enablement 
• Provide guidance and basic mentoring to junior team members on training processes and tools 
• Ensure all activities align with company policies, standards, and the Johnson & Johnson Credo 

Qualifications 

Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree  (e.g., Business, Marketing, Education, Life Sciences, or related field) 
• Advanced degree (MBA or Master’s) preferred 

Experience and Skills: 

Required:  

• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales training, education, sales enablement, or a related field 
• Foundational understanding of sales processes and training methodologies 
• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable improvements 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines 
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 

Preferred:  

• Experience supporting training programs in a healthcare, medical device, or commercial environment 
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning tools 
• Exposure to sales performance metrics and reporting 
• Experience developing training content (e-learning, classroom, or virtual formats) 
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems 
• Experience working in multicultural or regional/global teams 

Other: 

 Language: Fluent Portuguese required; intermediate to advanced English preferred 
 Travel: Up to 20% domestic travel 
 Certifications: Training or instructional design certifications are a plus
