Position summary

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to design, build, and optimize modern web applications and digital experiences. This role requires strong expertise in frontend architecture, performance, scalability, and user experience, with hands-on experience in modern JavaScript ecosystems and headless CMS integrations. You will collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using React and Next.js.


• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces following modern UX/UI best practices.


• Integrate frontend applications with WordPress, Strapi, APIs, and third-party services.


• Lead frontend architecture decisions, component library strategy, and reusable design system initiatives.


• Optimize Core Web Vitals, SEO performance, rendering strategies, and application scalability.


• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, coding standards, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.


• Develop and maintain end-to-end and UI test automation using Cypress, Playwright, or similar tools.


• Explore and implement AI-assisted engineering practices, including automated test generation, intelligent debugging, code acceleration tools, and productivity workflows.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting engineering excellence and best practices.
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend software engineering.


• Strong expertise in JavaScript / TypeScript, React, and Next.js.


• Experience integrating with WordPress and Strapi CMS.


• Solid knowledge of frontend performance optimization, SEO, accessibility, and responsive design.


• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Cypress and/or Playwright.


• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication flows, and web security fundamentals.


• Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and agile delivery environments.


• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with WHMCS customization, theming, and frontend integrations.


• Experience with Vercel, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms.


• Knowledge of analytics, A/B testing, personalization, and experimentation platforms.


• Experience with AI coding assistants and AI-enhanced QA automation workflows.


• Previous experience leading frontend teams or owning architecture decisions.
