This role is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Generative AI, building intelligent agents and conversational systems that directly impact user experience in large-scale enterprise environments. You will be responsible for designing and developing AI-driven solutions powered by Large Language Models, focusing on scalable applications for voice and chat channels. The position involves building backend services and orchestration layers in Python, integrating AI capabilities into complex corporate ecosystems through APIs and modern architectures. You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including architects, SREs, and data scientists to ensure performance, observability, and reliability of AI systems. In addition, you will contribute to prompt engineering practices, conversational design, and continuous improvement of generative AI architectures. This is a highly innovative role in a fast-evolving environment where AI is central to business transformation.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and evolve Generative AI agents for voice and chat-based customer interaction systems.
- Design and implement conversational flows using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Build backend services and orchestration layers in Python to integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms.
- Integrate AI applications with legacy and modern systems through REST APIs and corporate protocols.
- Apply prompt engineering techniques and implement observability and monitoring strategies for AI solutions.
- Collaborate with architecture, SRE, and data science teams to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Contribute to the evolution of best practices and architectural standards for Generative AI systems.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Python development.
- Solid hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and conversational flow design.
- Experience integrating systems via REST APIs and enterprise services.
- Familiarity with observability tools for AI applications (e.g., Langfuse or equivalents).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.
- Experience with AI system debugging, optimization, and performance tuning is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience with NeMo Guardrails.
- Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and OCI Generative AI services.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes (OKE), and containerized environments.
- Knowledge of Redis for state and context management in AI applications.
