This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager I (Mobile) based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact mobile product leadership role focused on shaping the next generation of fintech-enabled mobile experiences for a fast-scaling platform serving home service professionals. You will own the mobile product strategy across iOS and Android, driving growth, experimentation, and innovation in how users interact with core financial and operational features. Working at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams, you will help define the roadmap for new capabilities while modernizing existing experiences. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, with a strong emphasis on experimentation, AI-enabled product development, and continuous iteration. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives on solving complex mobile challenges at scale and translating user insights into impactful product decisions.
Accountabilities:
Lead mobile product strategy and roadmap definition, identifying opportunities for growth, innovation, and improved user experience across iOS and Android platforms.
- Define and execute the mobile product vision, including backlog prioritization, feature development, and long-term strategic planning
- Drive experimentation, funnel optimization, and data-informed decision-making to improve adoption and engagement
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market teams to deliver and validate mobile solutions
- Develop user journeys, event models, and measurement frameworks to track product performance and success
- Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market evaluation to identify opportunities and validate hypotheses
- Partner with stakeholders to refine product positioning, pricing considerations, and launch readiness
- Continuously iterate on product features using customer feedback, behavioral data, and performance metrics
Requirements:
This role requires strong experience in mobile product management with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, user-centric mobile experiences.
- 4+ years in product management, including at least 2+ years focused on mobile products (iOS and/or Android)
- Strong understanding of mobile UX principles, agile methodologies, and product discovery practices
- Experience working with product analytics and growth tools (e.g., Amplitude, Segment, Braze, LaunchDarkly)
- Familiarity with fintech or commerce-related features such as payments, subscriptions, or financial workflows is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data, experimentation, and user insights to drive product decisions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with multiple priorities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Familiarity with AI-enabled product development practices is highly valued
