This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UI/UX Media Designer based in Brazil.
This is a high-impact creative design role within a fast-paced digital agency environment, focused on producing visually compelling and conversion-driven digital experiences for eCommerce and performance marketing clients. You will design and optimize websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and advertising creatives that directly influence customer engagement and sales performance. The role blends strong UI/UX thinking with marketing awareness, requiring a deep understanding of visual hierarchy, user behavior, and brand consistency across multiple channels. You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to translate strategic objectives into polished, high-performing digital assets. This position is ideal for a designer who thrives in a performance-oriented environment where creativity, speed, and precision go hand in hand. Accountabilities:
- Design and deliver websites, landing pages, email templates, and advertising creatives aligned with brand guidelines and conversion-focused marketing goals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create user-centered design solutions that improve engagement and performance.
- Develop visually consistent and high-quality UI/UX assets across multiple client campaigns and digital platforms.
- Translate marketing strategies into clear, effective, and visually engaging design executions.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Contribute to creative ideation, concept development, and problem-solving across campaigns.
- Ensure design consistency, usability, and optimization across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, eCommerce design practices, and performance marketing requirements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX, web design, or eCommerce-focused design roles.
- Strong proficiency in Figma for designing and prototyping digital products.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify Theme Editor or similar eCommerce platforms.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and modern design principles.
- Knowledge of design requirements for web, email, and digital advertising formats.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with strong ownership.
- Ability to adapt quickly and maintain high-quality output under pressure.
