Additional information about the company can be found at WhirlpoolCorp.com. \n\n## The team you will be a part of\n\nCentral Industrial Engineering Team in Latin America Region.This team is responsible for early integration with product development teams, acceleration of total cost reduction programs, leadership of strategic supply chain projects and coordination of cross-functional capability development initiatives.\n\n## This role in summary\n\nThis position is responsible for defining the long-term industrial routemap for the Latin America Region (LAR) organization. This role bridges the gap between tactical industrial engineering execution and corporate strategy, leading the Upfront Planning Process in ISC (Integrated Supply Chain) organization, and designing the future-state to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.\n\n## Your responsibilities will include\n\n * Develop Integrated Strategic Routemap: Create and maintain a strategy aligned with global and regional business objectives, connected with product, marketing, factories and technology routemaps.\n * Lead the Planning Process in ISC Structure, through strong connections with all Industrial Engineering Teams in the factories and other functional areas.\n * Deliver the E2E strategic drivers pool for Latin America Region.\n * Lead the evaluation, justification, and deployment of large-scale capital projects.
