Senior Supply Chain Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, and operational capacity.

• Develop demand and supply planning strategies to optimize inventory levels and product availability.

• Oversee sales order processing, billing, and fiscal documentation, ensuring accuracy and on-time execution.

• Manage import and export operations, coordinating customs clearance and international logistics partners.

• Monitor inventory performance, conduct audits, and implement corrective actions to prevent stockouts and excess.

• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and predictive models using advanced Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decisions.

• Maintain ERP master data and standard operating procedures, driving continuous process improvements.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ANVISA) and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).

• Act as a key liaison between customers, logistics providers, quality, regulatory, legal, and finance teams.

• Serve as a technical reference within the supply chain team, promoting best practices and operational excellence.
