Technician

Your role

You will be part of our Technician team reporting to Brian TEST Your mission is to ensure maximum equipment uptime and performance through safe and efficient technical service. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

  Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on customer sites.

  Diagnose technical issues and execute troubleshooting activities.

  Provide on-site technical support and guidance to customers.

  Record service activities, parts used, and technical reports in company systems.
  
  


• 
  
  Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  
  


• 
  
  Plan service visits, organize tools, and manage required materials and spare parts.
  
  

This role involves standing for extended periods, working in a temperature-variable environment.

Your location and working hours

This position is based at our Product Company in Sorocaba, Brazil (BR). Standard shifts are 8 hours, with rotating day/night schedules. Shift work may include nights or weekends.
