This is a strategic and innovation-driven role focused on shaping technology direction and translating business needs into scalable digital solutions. You will operate at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, leading initiatives that drive digital transformation, automation, and data-driven decision-making. The role involves identifying opportunities for innovation, facilitating discovery workshops, and defining strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure solutions are feasible, impactful, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. In addition to product and strategy responsibilities, you will contribute to building and engaging technology communities, fostering knowledge sharing and adoption of new capabilities. This is a highly collaborative and forward-looking environment where emerging technologies, including AI, play a central role in shaping the future of digital platforms.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the definition and execution of technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and drive opportunities for innovation, automation, and digital transformation.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and explore value-driven technology solutions.
- Translate business needs into scalable and feasible technical solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor technology trends and propose strategic initiatives based on market evolution.
- Support the development and engagement of internal technology communities.
- Create communication materials such as newsletters and blog posts to promote knowledge sharing.
- Evaluate the impact of initiatives through metrics, feedback, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
- Strong ability to align technology strategies with business goals and market trends.
- Deep knowledge of digital transformation, solution architecture, automation, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience with data analysis concepts, performance metrics, and information security best practices.
- Proven ability to conduct workshops and translate technical and business requirements for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication skills, including content creation such as blogs and newsletters.
- Experience managing stakeholders and working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to build, engage, and support professional technology communities.
- Strong strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
