2027 Corporate Finance Internship

GP
Investments is seeking a Corporate Finance Intern for its São Paulo office. The
intern will work with several team members in a collaborative and dynamic
environment, gaining exposure to multiple corporate functions (FP&A,
Investors Relations, Accounting, etc) and learning different research
techniques and data analysis tools, which are expected to be applied
opportunities in a variety of markets and asset classes.

The intern’s main responsibilities will include:

• Taking part in monthly P&L and cash flow analysis activities and assisting with the forecasting process.
• Supporting the analysis of proprietary investments, helping conduct industry and company research, as well as prepare reports.
• Supporting accounting closing activities and the preparation of financial reports.
• Assisting with annual audits and other recurring financial processes.
• Participating in the optimization of financial processes and systems.

Requirements

• Expected graduation no
  earlier than December 2027.


• Fluency in English
  (spoken and written).


• Strong analytical and
  communication skills.


• Strong work ethic and
  ability to work effectively both independently and in small teams.


• Proficiency in
  Microsoft Office applications.


• Basic knowledge of
  financial modeling and presentation development.

Desired
Qualifications

Previous
experience in Corporate Finance, Real Estate, Private Equity or Equity Research
is desirable
