What you’ll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact. 

Position title: SAP iXp Intern – LAC Partner Business Excellence

Location: São Paulo, Brazil

Expected start date to end date: August – 2026/2028

• Join a diverse and dynamic team driving LAC partner ecosystem transformation.


• Gain hands-on experience with real data infrastructure and executive-level reporting.


• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.


• Play a pivotal role in driving SAP's partner ecosystem strategy in LAC and making a meaningful impact.


• Create and maintain dashboards and analytics reports (Power BI / Power Query) to support LAC leadership decision-making.


• Design and maintain automated workflows and data pipelines using Power Automate, Python, and SQL.


• Conduct analysis linking training participation to partner performance KPIs, informing investment decisions.


• Ensure data quality, pipeline reliability, and dashboard accuracy across reporting ecosystems.


• Engage consultatively with internal teams to identify automation and analytics opportunities.

What You’ll bring

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness that support inclusive teamwork and thoughtful stakeholder engagement. A growing foundation in business acumen and emerging technologies—especially artificial intelligence—paired with a results-oriented approach and the courage to take initiative.

• Field of Study: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related discipline.


• Data & Analytics Skills: Advanced Excel; practical knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Python, SQL, and/or HTML.


• Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret datasets, spot trends, and translate findings into clear business recommendations.


• Communication: Skill in presenting technical insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, visual narrative.


• Language Proficiency: English B1/B2 or above — certificate mandatory (Cambridge, TOEFL, or equivalent). Brazilian Portuguese preferred.
