Job Responsibilities

• Support the development and tracking of program schedules, dashboards, and reports using Office tools and AI features.

• Coordinate information flow across departments such as Services Engineering, Workshop, Procurement, Project Management, Sales, Contracts.

• Monitor program status, action items, risks, and KPIs to support on‑time and on-budget execution.

• Prepare materials for review meetings, including summaries and visual updates.

• Support data consolidation, lessons learned, and basic process improvements.

• Help align teams and follow up on actions.

Required Qualifications

Education: Currently pursuing Engineering degree (up to 6th semester)
Experience: No prior experience required (0-2 years preferred)
Skills and Abilities: Intermediate English and Microsoft Office proficiency; requires basic communication skills and common courtesy
