MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the Training department in daily administrative and operational activities.
• Records control: receive, organize, file (both physical and digital), and register documents in control spreadsheets and systems;
• E-learning (EAD): release training courses and file certificates in the system and shared network;
• New employee registration: register and maintain new employees in e-learning and LMS systems;
• KPI tracking: update and maintain KPI spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or related field (at least 2 years to graduate);
• Must be able to operate MS Office Suite and some Web-Based Computer Programs, (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
• Knowledge of English will be advantage.
