Arclin makes bonding and surfacing products for engineered wood and other materials as well as paper overlays for decorative wood panels. It produces resins and adhesives for automotive, engineered wood, and laminate markets; resins for composites, laminated veneer and plywood, wall and roof products, and insulation materials; and overlays used in building materials, industrial products, melamine, and concrete. Private investment firms Black Diamond Capital Management and Silver Point Capital own a majority stake in Arclin.
