Work arrangements: Due to the nature of the work and operational requirements, this position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement (combination of working onsite and telework). We are looking for a Real Property Advisor to join our Real Property Planning and Management (RPPM) Branch. The Project Manager would be someone who shares our core values of Integrity, Excellence, Respect and Creativity.
The position of Real Property Advisor offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the NRC’s real property strategy and ensuring strong alignment between real property planning and our long-term business objectives. The Advisor facilitates the integration of real property priorities into business plans, providing analysis and strategic advice to support portfolio-level decision-making.
Key responsibilities include developing and refining strategic planning processes, preparing analyses and briefing materials to inform management, and establishing objectives for the management of NRC’s real property portfolio.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, Engineering or in a field relevant to this position.

The intent of this hiring action is to staff this position at the RCO-3 level, which is a mid-career level position with a salary range of $119,688 to $139,608.
Note: Please note that the full RO/RCO salary scale has five levels. Salary determination will be based on a review of the candidate’s expertise, outcomes and impacts of their previous work experience relative to the requirements of the level. As such, the initial salary could be within another level of the RO/RCO salary scale (i.e. above or below the intended level for these positions).
