Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for providing administrative and clerical services in an effective and efficient manner, and other duties as assigned with responsibility including opening/closing office, greeting the public, operating switchboard, processing daily mail, general office duties, providing clerical support for administration and other agency staff, maintaining inventory, public and agency relations, general abilities and other related duties.
