Job Description

Position Details:

You will handle the Inbound Customer Service aspect and handle Outbound Sales support in the telecommunication industry. All calls will be coming in from the Quebec region.

If you need stability then we are looking for you.

All applicants must be able to communicate fluently in FRENCH & ENGLISH.

All applicants must have excellent writing ability in French and will be tested.

Key Qualifications:

Passion and dedication in Customer Service and Sales conversion
Excellent communication skills (both French and English)
Self motivated with the ability to motivate others – A MUST!

Qualifications

Requirements:

Language Skills: French {Fluent} – Technical vocabulary required - MUST HAVE
English {Fluent} – Technical vocabulary required - MUST HAVE

Minimum high school diploma**
Professional and courteous telephone manners
Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
Proficient computer/keyboarding skills (Windows based environment)

We Offer:

$15.00/hour plus paid training
Benefits after 4 months

Full Time Hours available – 24/7 environment
